CiviSMTP - Outmail mass mailing for CiviCRM

Arnold and I were recently talking about the need for high-volume outbound email service for NPS? district-wide email communication.

On that point, I just stumbled upon CiviSMTP, a service specifically for handling large-volume outbound email generated from our own instance of CiviCRM. See an overview here http://www.uas.coop/civismtp-overview.
